Help Save the Internet!
Depending on how geeky you are, you may or may not have heard about Protect IP & SOPA, two web-related bills moving through Congress that could potentially break the internet. They are being pitched as a way to combat online piracy and regulate copyrighted material, but there has been an outcry from some of the leaders of the tech/web industry saying the bills are too vague and “pose a serious risk to our industry’s continued track record of innovation and job creation, as well as our nation’s cybersecurity.”
