Patterson Park Public Charter School Mascot
Vitamin worked with Patterson Park Public Charter School (PPPCS) here in Baltimore to develop an identity for their new school mascot.
The PPPCS board had selected the name “Defenders” as a way to pay homage to Patterson Park as a pivotal area during the War of 1812. They had the image of a militiaman in mind as a starting point for the design. The final design incorporates this heroic image into the mark, embodying the spirit, strength and resolve that the PPPCS students and administration bring to all of their endeavors. Needless to say, we were really excited at the opportunity to partner on a project of this nature. It’s not every day that you get to design a mascot.
