During the dinner shifts at their Ruth’s Chris locations on Black Friday and Saturday, they’re offering guests an unprecedented offer: buy an entrée, get a complimentary Petite Filet or New York Strip steak.

While “buy this, get that” deals aren’t exactly a new idea, this is a significant giveaway, especially given that customers never would have seen this type of promotion at a Ruth’s Chris Steak House in years past. Big Steaks is making a real investment in customer happiness, part of an overall effort to build loyalty and strengthen relationships during a time when eating out is more of a luxury than ever.

People expect a great experience at a restaurant like Ruth’s Chris. Consistently delivering on that and offering a break on price is smart business, indeed.
